Our aim is to deliver your tea as quickly as possible, tracking information is provided in 24 - 48 working hours after processing your order.

Orders placed before 1 pm GMT (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends are sent out on Monday.

Our team does not work on holidays, so orders placed on holidays are sent out the next working day.

Refund Policy


RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations when money is not refunded:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (please check your order condition while collecting it)

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

* We are unable to give refunds on orders where incorrect addresses have been given

* As we are all different and unique the results may vary, so we cannot offer refunds if the tea does not perform the changes you desire.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you still have not received a refund, then contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@slimlifetea.com and send your item to: P.Luksio 32, Vilnius, LT- 08222, Lithuania.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: P. Luksio 32, Vilnius, LT- 08222, Lithuania.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, only the costs of products will be refunded to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
